For teeth whitening, once moulded, each mouth tray is designed to perfectly fit and cover the main front teeth that are required for a whiter smile.

Note:
If you decide to mould the tray, the size of the tray will appear to shrink in width to accommodate the new shape as shown in the final image. It appears smaller due to the mould being pressed up into the teeth to cover the gums more.
How Do I Mould It If I Want To?
1) Reminder: Can be used without moulding.
2) Simply boil the kettle. DO NOT SPILL HOT WATER ON YOURSELF.
3) Fill the tea cup with boiling water.
4) Place the mouth tray into the tea cup for 10 seconds OR hold the mouth trap from the finger tab and submerge the mouth tray ONLY. DO NOT PLACE YOUR FINGER WHILE HOLDING THE TAB INTO THE BOILING WATER. - Maybe need longer but they can be moulded over and over again. Use trial and error for timing if need be.
5) Quickly remove and shake off the excess.
6) Press the gum shield / mouth tray into your teeth firmly until your teeth have been imprinted into the tray.
7) Well done - It can now be used for teeth whitening for a closer fit or to help with daily teeth grinding.
