Moulding Instructions:
Mould the trays after they have been submerged in boiled water. Submerge until the trays appear soft.
Remove and shake off excess water.
Mould to your teeth by pressing upwards and into the teeth with thumbs or fingers.
After this submerge the tray in cold water to set for 30 seconds.
Trim the trays as and if needed with scissors or similar.
For Use:
Must be cleaned before and after each use as with any health and beauty item.
